FORMATION OF MULTICULTURAL COMPETENCE OF THE FUTURE PEDAGOGUE IN THE PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONALIZATION STRATEGY

Abstract

The work highlights the experience of SHEI «Pereiaslav- Khmelnytskyi Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University» in implementing the internationalization strategy aimed at forming the multicultural competence of future educators in particular, and ensuring the effective operation and European integration of the University in general. An innovative form of introduction of qualitative education aimed at the formation and development of multicultural competence of future teachers through the international student Ukrainian-Danish summer school «Human rights, democratic changes, integration and internationalization», which operates on the basis of the pedagogical faculty of SHEI «Pereiaslav- Khmelnytskyi Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University», with the support, in particular, of the Danish Helsinki Committee for Human Rights for three years (2015-2017). Practical experience is highlighted, recommendations are presented and the results of innovative activity aimed at the formation and development of multicultural competence of future teachers in the conditions of the international scientific Ukrainian- Danish summer school according to the strategy of internationalization of SHEI «Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University».
