INTERNALIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL SPACE AS A MEAN OF EFFECTIVE TRAINING OF WORLD LEVEL PROFESSIONALS
The internationalization of education is a priority vector of modern education policy in Europe and in the world. The article deals with new tendencies of internationalization of higher education as a consequence of the globalization of the world educational space. The current state of development of the world market of educational services is analyzed, key directions of the processes of integration of higher education in the XXI century are determined. The scientific interest in the study of this topic is the need to implement two important tasks: to determine the efficiency of the functioning of transregional exchange systems in the world educational space in modern conditions and to analyze the interdependence of the processes of globalization and internationalization (integration) and the potential of national educational systems. As a result of the study, there were made recommendations to improve the efficiency of internationalization processes of national universities through the development of international partnerships, the introduction of an European dimension of education, the definition of European ideals and goals, the enhancement of integration processes in the educational sphere, academic mobility, the development of European programs and projects, the study of foreign languages, the introduction of ideas European citizen and European identity.
